This permanent, full-time position is split between 0.5 FTE in community care and 0.5 FTE in long-term care, offering the perfect balance of hands-on clinical work, autonomy, and collaborative practice.

About the Opportunity:

As part of a dedicated multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to clients across settings. Your scope of practice includes:

• Functional and cognitive assessments

• Development and implementation of personalized treatment plans

• Equipment prescription, adaptive strategies, and environmental modifications

• Education and support for clients and their caregivers

• Supervision and guidance of Rehabilitation Assistants

• Participation in program planning, research, and quality improvement initiatives

Whether supporting a client to return safely to their home or enhancing quality of life for residents in long-term care, your work will be essential to achieving meaningful outcomes for clients and families across the care continuum.
