Role and Facility Information
A full-scope family physician role providing primary care medical services as defined by the CFPC scope of competencies and the CPSBC requirements for registration. The role is predominantly office based with the opportunity to provide home visits as required although not mandatory. The population-at-risk is a mix of families and complex frail elderly patients. We are supported by the North Shore Division of Family Practice and have immediate access to a Clinical Pharmacist who works in the office one day a week. We are hoping to add a Practice Nurse in the near future.
