We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. We aim to provide high-quality primary care to patients of all ages, utilizing advanced clinical skills to
diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting physical
exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on
preventive healthcare measures. Schedule of work will be adjusted as per candidate requirement
where combination of in person and virtual care would be provided for the patients. Cover for time
away will be provided by other physicians working in the clinic.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Demonstrated experience in conducting physical examinations, diagnosing,
Experience in patient education and preventive health measures.
Strong background in collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Previous experience in electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
