Canora Medical & Wellness Clinic, a brand-new integrative health clinic in the Lonsdale area of North Vancouver, is seeking a Family Physician to join our founding team. The clinic sits on a fully new-built city block with a rapidly growing residential and retail population, giving the successful applicant strong potential to build a patient panel and walk-in volume quickly.
Duties include: providing comprehensive longitudinal primary care to a rostered patient panel; seeing walk-in patients; performing minor in-office procedures; participating in the clinic's obesity management program; providing telehealth consultations; and offering cosmetic medical services (optional, based on physician interest and training).
The physician will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including four Medical Office Assistants (MOAs), a dedicated Clinic Manager, and an on-site pharmacy (Pharmaville Pharmacy Inc.) for streamlined patient care. The clinic uses the Telus PS Suite Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Open to the Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) payment model or fee-for-service, with a New to Practice contract available for eligible applicants. Flexible working hours and days; no on-call, hospital, or emergency department obligations.
