Clinic located in a busy plaza surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, post offices and a variety of other businesses for convenience.

We are a well-established and collegial modern family practice with a full spectrum of patients.

Our team welcomes physicians to either build or transition a practice, to grow a panel, or to locum.

We pride ourselves to have an experienced administrative team, technology-heavy for additional remote working options, collegial colleagues to cover for each other, and the convenient clinic location in a plaza with ample parking and amenities to enjoy. Both new graduates and experienced physicians welcome.

Our Team is Looking For: A physician to build a longitudinal practice. At present, practice has space to have a new FP build a patient panel.

Clinic hours: Mondays-Fridays 9:00 – 16:00; Saturdays 9:00 – 15:30

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under LFP, FFS and NTP PCN APP (salary) contracts
