Terra Nova One Park Medical Clinic is set to open April 1, 2025, and they are seeking a family physician to join their team!

This new clinic is fully equipped with modern technology and EMR integration, allowing for efficient and high-quality patient management and a streamlined, innovative practice experience. Situated within a beautiful commercial building, this clinic can be found 1 block from the Brighouse Skytrain Station and Richmond Centre. The building has a playground, barbeque area, party room, conference room, gym, shower, and underground parking.

This opportunity includes access to a brand-new, state-of-the-art 3,000 sq. ft. clinic with procedure space, allied health support, and shared amenities such as a gym, conference room, and event space. The role offers flexible scheduling, the opportunity to practice longitudinal family medicine, and access to procedure space and allied health support. Physicians benefit from a collaborative, team-based environment with a strong cross-coverage system of over 80 healthcare providers, ensuring a balanced workload work-life balance, and seamless, uninterrupted patient care. Clinic Hours: Mon-Sun 8:00 - 17:00

Payment Model Options: Positions are available under New to Practice (NTP) PCN (salary) Contracts; Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) Contracts;and Fee-for-Service (FFS) Contracts.

Role Requirements:
• Virtual Care On-call obligations (Telephone only – very minimal – approx. 2-3 times/year)

• Cross coverage system between all Terr Nova clinics that offers access to over 80 healthcare providers (1 Podiatrist; 1 GP psychotherapist; 1 on-site Gerontologist; 1 on-site Social Worker; 1 Chronic Disease Nurse; 1 Counsellor; 1 Occupational Therapist; 1 Physiotherapist; & 3 RNs at Terra Nova’s other Richmond locations)
• PCN Allied Care Professionals (3 Chronic Disease Management Registered Nurses; 1 Social Worker; 3 Clinical Counsellors; 1 Registered Dietitian; 2 Physiotherapists; 1 Occupational Therapist; 1 Clinical Pharmacist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Registered Nurse; 1 Frail Seniors Team Occupational Therapist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Social Worker; 1 Community Link Worker; 1 Administrative Coordinator; & Chronic Disease Group
