Care Point Medical & Wellness is looking for a permanent Full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team! This role offers a flexible schedule to work both in clinic and remote, fully staffed MOA support team, and Billing support. Juno EMR used in clinic supported by Cortico for scheduling needs.

Minimum License: Full

Vacation Leave: 6 weeks

• Medical Director

• Physician Lead

• Clinic Manager

• 4 Full-time Family Physicians

• 4 Full-time MOAs

• PCN Allied Care Professionals (3 Chronic Disease Management Registered Nurses; 1 Social Worker; 3 Clinical Counsellors; 1 Registered Dietitian; 2 Physiotherapists; 1 Occupational Therapist; 1 Clinical Pharmacist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Registered Nurse; 1 Frail Seniors Team Occupational Therapist; 1 Frail Seniors Team Social Worker; 1 Community Link Worker; 1 Administrative Coordinator; & Chronic Disease Group
