ON-CALL HOURS Family Physicians working at this clinic can expect on-call hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. On-call responsibilities are shared on a rotating basis among physicians to ensure balanced workloads and minimize burnout. Additional Details: On-call duties primarily involve virtual care support and phone consultations; rarely are in-person visits required unless previously arranged. There is no hospital or ER on-call requirement for this clinic. Our highly experienced MOA team helps triage calls and manage schedules efficiently. On-call shifts are flexible and can be adjusted based on physician availability and preferences. Physicians receive full administrative support during on-call hours, including EMR access, documentation assistance, and prescription coordination.
