FP-Anesthetists and FRPCP Eligible Anesthesiologists - Join the fantastic medical team in Quesnel and choose how you want to work and live.
You would be providing full-time anesthesia coverage at GR Baker Memorial Hospital with a team of FP-Anesthetists who support two local General Surgeons, OB/GYN, ENT, Dental Surgeons and visiting Plastic and Orthopedic Surgeons.
Our 45-bed hospital in a community of 23,000, is part of a surgical network supporting the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia (UHNBC) in Prince George.
We have flexible options to fit your needs such as part-time, shared group models, anesthesia/emergency department coverage only, as well, open to suggestions. There are opportunities for varied elective slates, including ENT, Pediatric, Dental, Orthopaedic, Plastics, Gynecology and General Surgery. Our OR Department is well supported by a team of nurses with excellent management. We pride ourselves on our collegiality and camaraderie.
Anesthetists at our site provide emergency after-hours call coverage for maternity, the emergency department and surgery in a shared coverage model.
