FH invites you to join an innovative and unique primary health care team located in Mission – a mosaic of rivers, lakes and lands that calls for outdoor adventures in the heart of the Fraser valley community. In late April 2024, our team launched our urgent and primary care services, with a team complement of 30 FTEs.

We operate in a team-based care model that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, clinical counsellors, allied health professionals and administrative support. You will participate as a full and active member in the delivery of team-based primary care services. Together, we are dedicated to extending intentional and coordinated care to all members of the community, including the vulnerable and medically complex. Join us to provide timely access to patients, families and caregivers to comprehensive, person-centred, culturally safe and quality care.

Qualifications:

• CCFP

• CMPA

• CPSBC Eligible for Full License

Remuneration:

Contracted in accordance with the provincial physician master agreement.

Full Time/Part Time/Locum/Temporary: Flexible scheduling for 4 and 8 hour longitudinal or urgent care shifts.
