We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Physician to join our team of four in providing comprehensive care to residents at our Long-Term Care home. This role is ideal for physicians interested in continuity of care in a supportive, team-based environment.

Team: Currently 4 physicians on site
Available panel: up to 30
Role: Most Responsible Physician (MRP) for assigned panel
Flexible scheduling with collaborating support (½ day every other week on-site)
