Medical Clinics is a rapidly growing group of full-service, state-of-the-art clinics located in Vancouver and Burnaby. Founded in August 2022, we have grown quickly and continue to expand thanks to strong community demand and a physician-first approach. VyCare is a physician-owned and physician-run clinic, ensuring that clinical decisions and operations are guided by those who understand frontline care best.
We provide comprehensive primary care for all age groups — from newborns to the elderly — in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Our Medical Director, Dr. Virginia Le, is a bilingual (English and Vietnamese) family physician deeply committed to clinical excellence.

Excellent Patient Volume
• Minimum 6 patients per hour guaranteed, year-round

• We cover the cost of EMR migration/record transfer for incoming physicians

Compensation & Payment
• 75/25 split on MSP and uninsured payments
• 100% of LFP panel payments and QI project payments are paid fully to physicians
• Minimum 6 patients per hour guaranteed
• Flexible payment models: FFS, LFP, or NTP
