Dedicated clinical space is currently available for physicians at The Medical Clinic in
Burnaby. Our clinic offers an excellent opportunity for a physician to establish or expand a family
practice in a modern, fully equipped environment, without the significant upfront investment and
administrative burden of opening a clinic independently.

Clinic Facilities

The Medical Clinic is a physician-owned and physician-run clinic providing a
professional, welcoming, and well-equipped environment for both patients and physicians.
The clinic currently features 5 fully equipped patient/examination rooms, 1 dedicated physician
office, and 1 separate room focused on aesthetic services. Dedicated clinical space is available to
accommodate an additional physician within our established clinic environment.

Administrative & Technology Support

The clinic currently has 1 physician and 2 dedicated MOA. As new physicians join, additional MOA
support will be added according to the physician's needs and practice volume, ensuring the
practice has the appropriate administrative support as it grows.

The clinic also provides Cortico online booking and appointment management, allowing patients to
conveniently book appointments online. Cortico also supports automated appointment reminders
and patient email communication, helping reduce administrative workload and improve patient
communication.

Physicians also have access to a complimentary AI medical scribe, designed to assist with clinical
documentation and reduce the time spent on charting, allowing physicians to focus more on patient care.

Flexible Practice Models

We are open to working with physicians under Fee-for-Service, LFP, NTP or other applicable MSP supported models, depending on physician eligibility and preference. We are happy to discuss a
practice arrangement that aligns with the physician's preferred way of working.
