Position Summary
The Victorian Community Health Centre of Kaslo is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their team! This is a permanent part-time 0.50fte position.

About the position:

Physiotherapists are integral members of the broader multidisciplinary care team, working to support the diverse needs of our clients, across a variety of settings and specialisms. As a valued member of our team, you will be supported in an environment that fosters collaboration among practitioners who are passionate about client care.

Focused on promoting functional independence and optimal health outcomes, Physiotherapist responsibilities and duties include:
• Performing physiotherapy assessments and treatments
• Program design, development and consultation
• Equipment prescription and client/caregiver education using a variety of teaching methods
• Providing direction and guidance to Rehabilitation Assistants and clinical students
• Contributing to quality initiatives, education and research
• Staying current with advancements in practice

Qualifications
Full registration as a Physical Therapist with the College of Health and Care Professions of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
Valid B.C. driver’s license required
