Shoal Health Center is currently seeking dedicated and skilled physicians for both permanent and locum-to-perm opportunities. We offer competitive compensation, a
flexible work schedule, and a supportive work environment with a dedicated MOA.

Position Overview

Location: Shoal Health Center
Salary: $260,000 per year, NO OVERHEAD. Annual bonus based on performance 15k.
Work Schedule: 3-3.5 days per week
Vacation: 5 weeks paid vacation
Profit Sharing: Possibility of profit-sharing
Locum-to-Perm Option: Available

Daily Rate: $1,650/day
Work Schedule: 3 days per week, flexible

The town of Sidney, population 11,600, located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, is approximately 20 kilometers north of British Columbia's capital, Victoria. Several elementary, middle, and secondary schools, including French immersion, are available in the area.

With its mild climate, the community is a well-known tourist destination offering pursuits ranging from exploring the Ocean Discovery Centre and a historical museum, to water-related activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving, fishing and whale watching.
