Role and Facility Information

A clinic in the West End is looking to grow their team. They are a hybrid family practice that supported by a nurse practitioner. The clinic has 3 exam rooms and 4 physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is varied in terms of complexities and age.

EMR: Input Health
Allied Health: Nurse Practitioner
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-9pm, Friday/Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 9am-3pm
Position Details: Permanent FP Needed, Open to provisionally licensed candidates
