Role and Facility Information

A clinic in downtown Vancouver, is looking for Takeover of a NP PCN practice. The panel is well-balanced, which considers of a fair number of women’s health, peds, and prenatal patients. The average patient's age is on the young side (approx. 40-ish). There is less chronic disease management than with the average practice. There is a little more focus on sexual and mental health than average as well. Majority of mental health visits are not complex mental health concerns.
