As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator we put patients and their family’s health first. Located in one of Vancouver’s most desirable neighbourhoods, our clinic sits in the heart of the Kerrisdale community, beautifully situated close to Arbutus Greenway with heavy foot traffic. With proximity to the airport, UBC’s main campus, golf courses, elite schools, and bike trails, you can rest assured there are plenty of activities to support your lifestyle. The Kerrisdale clinic is in a neighborhood perfect for raising a family, it is only a 20-minute drive or bike ride from Downtown Vancouver or Richmond Central.

Our Kerrisdale location is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician clinic with a very collegiate atmosphere and a physician focused MOA support team. The clinic also provides virtual and telehealth options which can be accessed at home.

The ideal physician would be in a position to provide full-scope family practice either full-time or part-time. This position will also have a small walk-in component. Our team will work closely with you to ensure there is a smooth transition of the practice. You can expect flexible hours and would be masters of your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to work the way you want!

Financials:
Average Monthly Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30* (FFS, PCN available)
*The financial agreement in the clinic is coordinated through with the Director of Recruitment.

Practice Details:
- Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 13 exam rooms
- Shared office space
- Oscar EMR

Hours:
Flexible! Walk-in Available. The clinic is currently open 7 days per week. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.
*No strict policy around time off

Hospital and ER Dept shifts:
These are not part of the expectation of our community or clinic.

Special Services:
Podiatrics by appointment and Sleep Apnea Consulting

On Call Arrangement:
- To be discussed.

Staff:
Currently, there are 15 physicians, as well as an office manager and MOAs who can all help with the transition process.

Files:
The Clinic is currently using Oscar EMR. There are no paper charts associated with the practice

Qualifications:
- Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
- Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
- Good standing with BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons
- Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply
- Hospital privileges will be an asset

Benefits and Incentives

Vacation Leave

No strict policy around time off, we hope that physicians ensure that patients who rely on the clinic and care have a great chance of seeing a doctor in your absence. As long as adequate notice is given (60 days), we can schedule accordingly.
