A beautiful, modern and fully equipped primary care clinic located on Main St. and 5th Ave in Vancouver, offering family practice, walk-in, and a minor procedure & contraception clinic are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide PCN primary care services.

As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, an interested NP would work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as per Ministry requirements.

This will be a full-time or part-time salaried position. This clinic is excited to add to their team a Nurse Practitioner interested in working together to provide primary care for the surrounding community of patients. This initiative is part of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) evolving in Vancouver. NPs interested in this opportunity should be willing to work collaboratively and participate in PCN development in the community.

They are supported by an MOA, Clinic Manager and Medical Director.

Currently, they have 3 Family Physicians, 1 Walk-in Clinic Physician, and 1 Procedure Clinic Physician.

The clinic has 5 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, and 1 central charting room with 5 workstations, and multiple physicians working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is full-spectrum.

They have a strong support team that assists with full room preparation including patient vitals, procedure set-ups, referrals and billings to ensure your clinic time is efficient and organized.
The clinic uses Telus CHR, which offers online booking, a secure patient portal for communication, a built-in virtual care platform and more.
