Role and Facility Information
University Village Medical Clinic, located in the heart of UBC’s vibrant Wesbrook Village, is looking to grow their team. They have two clinic locations in this UBC neighborhood. They operate as a hybrid walk-in and family practice, serving a diverse and growing patient population that includes UBC students, young families, seniors, and everyone in between. With 4 exam rooms and a supportive team of experienced MOAs, these clinics typically have 1 to 2 physicians working at a time and offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
The patient panel is well-established, with over 9,000 active patients and new registrations daily. Physicians can expect a full schedule and a wide variety of cases. The clinics are supported by friendly, multilingual MOAs (Mandarin, Spanish, and French), and use the Myle EMR system. Daily remuneration varies based on patient volume, but physicians typically earn around $1000 per day. Open to fully and provisionally licensed candidates.

Hours:
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Flexible scheduling available (part-time or full-time, days and shifts negotiable)
- No after-hours or on-call duties for locums
