Dr. Kam is seeking a physician to take over his established solo practice. With a panel of 2000+ patients, you have the opportunity to purchase the street front commercial property. Open to Nurse Practitioners and Family Physicians.

A solo-practice on East Hastings. They are a full-scope family practice that has 2 exam rooms with 1 physician working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The patient population is primarily Cantonese speaking with many elderly patients.
