Exciting Opportunity for a Family Physician to join Our Compassionate Care Team in West Kelowna!

EB Medical - West Kelowna - work closely with the PCN Allied Health Professionals to support the Practice for improved patient care and outcome; there is an RN working in each location; excellent MOA an Physician ratio of about 1:1; payment model is by LFP payment model but alternative payment plan also acceptable; Our overhead is 80/20% or 75/25% (based on earnings).

At EB Medical, you'll have the opportunity to:

✅ Deliver Comprehensive Primary Care – Provide compassionate care for patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

✅ Promote Preventive Health – Help your patients stay healthy with regular check-ups, screenings, and immunizations.

✅ Manage Acute & Chronic Conditions – Diagnose and treat common illnesses and provide expert chronic disease management for conditions like diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and thyroid disorders.

✅ Support Mental Well-being – Offer initial mental health assessments, treatments, and referrals to ensure holistic patient care.

✅ Educate & Empower Patients – Guide individuals toward healthier lifestyles with expert advice on nutrition, exercise, and preventive care.

✅ Perform Minor Procedures – Enhance patient care with in-office procedures, including mole and wart removal, ear syringing, and more.

✅ Utilize Telemedicine – Connect with patients conveniently through virtual consultations and follow-ups.

✅ Ensure Seamless Care Coordination – Work closely with specialists and other providers to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.

✅ Stay Ahead with Modern Technology – Leverage advanced Electronic Health Records (EHR) to maintain accurate patient documentation.
