Haven Medical Clinic is seeking full-time Family Physicians to join our brand-new, modern medical clinic opening in Spring 2026 in Kelowna, British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive, collegial environment with low overhead and strong administrative support in one of BC’s most desirable communities.

About the Clinic
Haven Medical Clinic is a newly reconstructed, purpose-built medical space with a co-located pharmacy and ample on-site parking for both staff and patients. The clinic is ideally situated between a thriving residential neighbourhood and a busy commercial hub in Kelowna, ensuring strong patient demand and accessibility.

Our spacious facility includes:
• 11 fully equipped clinical examination rooms
• 2 large multipurpose (procedure/clinical/therapy) rooms
• Dedicated workspace for up to 10 physicians
• Comfortable staff lounge and administrative areas
• Full administrative support from an experienced Clinic Manager and MOA team

We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for cross-coverage and flexible scheduling. Clinic hours are flexible with no weekend or statutory holiday obligations unless desired.

Compensation
• Compensation Model: Longitudinal Family Practice model
• Competitive and attractive billing split: 80/20
• Strong administrative and operational support

Qualifications
• Full or provisional licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
• Certification or eligibility for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
• CMPA membership (or eligibility)
