Northern Health is seeking an Emergency Physician Locum for an exciting opportunity to provide Emergency Room coverage in Fort St John. Minimum Two day coverage is required.
Income Guarantee Option 1 (includes FFS, RRP, and MOCAP):
Morning shift: 0500-1300: $2,820/weekday, $2,972/weekend.
Afternoon shift: 1300-2000: $2,417/weekday, $2,569/weekend.
Night shift: 2000-0500: $3,376 (weekday or weekend).
You can expect to see an average of 25-30 patients per shift. Travel and accommodation covered. Travel stipend: $250-$1,500 based on time. Maximum, $1,500 per round trip.
Option 2 (No income guarantee):
FFS. You can expect to earn $3,380 - $4,030 FFS/shift (includes $1,000 shift stipend, 21.70% MSP Premium, and $25.68 MOCAP. Travel and accommodation covered.
Fort St John Hospital is a state-of-the-art 55 bed hospital and 123 bed residential care facility serving a population of approximately 23,000 and is one of two area Emergency Rooms serving a catchment area of approximately 70,000.
