New Clinic Opening 2026 | Terra Nova Medical Clinics
Terra Nova Medical Clinics is opening a new primary care clinic in Nanaimo and is seeking full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our growing, provider-centered team. These roles are subject to pending funding approval from the Ministry of Health.
Role Overview
You will build and manage your own patient panel within a collaborative, team-based primary care model. This is a community-focused outpatient role with flexibility to shape your scope of practice and schedule.
Practice Model
- Longitudinal primary care
- Chronic disease management
- Preventive care and screening
- Women’s health and minor procedures (based on interest and training)
- Virtual care as appropriate
Schedule & Lifestyle
- Fully flexible schedule
- Hybrid model available (in-clinic plus virtual care)
- No required evenings or weekends
- Cross-coverage across our provider network so you can take real time off
Compensation
- Competitive NP compensation aligned with BC primary care models

Support Structure
- Large MOA and centralized admin team (billing, IT, HR, management)
- AI-enabled EMR tools, e-fax, recall systems, patient messaging
