Very efficient streamlined medical practice in the Gordon Head area, catering to an older population with practice incentives of complex care, CDM etc.

Before COVID, we were working 3.5 days in office, now 2 days in office and 2.5 days home based virtual clinic (schedule is completely flexible based on GP needs). Clinic is setup for virtual (e-fax from EMR, Doxy.me, Fongoworks etc) as well as for in-person clinic visits with comprehensive COVID safety plan.

Recent College Peer Review with excellent report. Gross income average $390,000 with an overhead of 20-25% of gross income. Working with 3 other full time GPs, 7 examining rooms including surgery room, 2 working offices shared w GPs per office, 3 long-term MOAs, one long-term Office Manager who takes care of all staff scheduling, needs, bank deposits, billing (optional), locum setups etc. Pharmacy located downstairs, Lifelabs close by.

•Telephone on-call

•Optional: nursing home/extended care, ACLS, house calls

•Free parking pass for MDs and staff (Robins parking pass provided. Free patient parking for up to 3 hours)

Our clinic is leased (long term - we have been here for 30+ years), 1 year lease with option for longer if preferred, clinic is approx. 1996 sq. ft. with reasonable rent.
