Role and Facility Information

Doctor Woodley is retiring at the end of 2024 and looking for a physician to take over his family medicine practice with a patient panel size of 930. The four physicians at Feltham Medical recently moved to a smaller and newer clinic space to optimize office overhead, which is approximately 20%. There is flexibility as to how the interested physician would like to work, but currently Dr. Woodley is in the office 1-2 days per week and other days are managed virtually. This is a highly efficient practice with a well managed patient profile and excellent renumeration under the LFP payment model.
