Role and Facility Information

This is a flexible, full-time opportunity in a busy four-physician group practice in Oak Bay with an attached walk-in clinic. The clinic is spacious, has excellent colleagues, supports staff and is well managed with reasonable overhead costs.

-Hours: Flexible
-Compensation: Fee-For-Service, Longitudinal Family Physician payment mode, or New-to-practice contract
-Optional: hospital privileges, nursing home/extended care, house calls
-Average daily patient volume: 25-30
-Estimated overhead per FP: $8,000/month
-Allied Health Supports: Victoria Primary Care Network access to a Social Worker, Mental Health Counsellor, and Clinical Pharmacists
-Technology: Clinic fully networked for seamless wireless connectivity. Networked printers in each room.
-Parking: On site parking available
