As a Physiotherapist on this team, you’ll be at the forefront of this transformation, delivering personalized care that enhances mobility, function, and quality of life—right where clients feel most comfortable.

Your Impact
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy programs that boost functional independence and promote health at home.
• Provide expert advice on equipment needs and prescribe assistive devices to support client safety and mobility.
• Educate clients and caregivers on self-management strategies and injury prevention.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, leveraging digital tools to enhance communication and continuity of care.

Work-Life Balance & Schedule
Enjoy a varied workweek with a consistent schedule: Rotating days – 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM

In addition to the scheduled hours, this position includes on-call hours from 16:00-22:00, in the following rotation:
• Week 1: Tuesday & Wednesday – 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Week 2: Monday, Friday through Sunday – 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Week 3: Thursday – 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM

A valid driver’s license is required as you will travel to clients’ homes using your personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) or an assigned fleet vehicle.
