Role and Facility Information

We are hiring for a permanent part-time (0.50 FTE) Physiotherapist for the South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver.

Applicable positions may qualify for up to $10,000 as a recruitment incentive and/or be eligible for relocation allowance.

Days of Work: Tuesday to Friday
Shift times/Hours of work: 08:30 to 13:05

About the role:
The Physiotherapist functions both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, delivering comprehensive physiotherapy services. These include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program development, consultation, equipment prescription, and education for clients and/or their caregivers to support functional independence and optimize health outcomes.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Physiotherapist contributes to departmental and professional goals by participating in quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and educational activities. They also provide guidance and direction to the rehabilitation assistant working within the team.
