Role and Facility Information
Join a positive, team-based, modern Family Practice on Vancouver Island. Work alongside an established Family Physician and Registered Nurses caring for a diverse panel of approximately 1600 patients. Shared inpatient and long-term care coverage is required, but not expected to exceed 10% of weekly working hours. Fair overheads (to be determined) waived for the first three months. The community is supported by West Coast General Hospital with CT scanner, ICU, surgical services, maternity and 24/7 ER.

Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Flat fee: $12,366.72
Fee Premium: 7.98%
CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community.
