The Cranbrook UPCC is part of the East Kootenay (EK) Primary Care Network (PCN) a collaborative partnership between the EK Division of Family Practice, Interior Health, and the Ktunaxa Nation. The Cranbrook UPCC operates within ʔamakʔis Ktunaxa, the homeland of the Ktunaxa people.

Cranbrook UPCC serves a general population with services that span the care continuum. The centre provides Urgent and Episodic Primary Care from 09.00-19.00 on weekdays and 09.00- 18.00 on weekends and public holidays.

As the NP you work within an interdisciplinary team. The team consists of Family Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurse Team Leads, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapist, Mental Wellness Clinician, Medical Office Assistants, Aboriginal Health Coordinator and a Manager.
Our flexible model allows you to tailor your hours to complement your current practice or personal commitments. The choice of part-time involvement means that you can weave this opportunity seamlessly into your professional pursuits without the weight of full-time hours.
