Role and Facility Information

Opportunity for a family physician to join a thriving full service physician co-operatively owned clinic. The clinic, centrally located near the new North Island Hospital, operates within a congenial medical community with good specialist coverage. The clinic has nine family physicians and two pediatricians. Our physicians generally cover their own patients in hospital with shared weekend call, but hospital work is optional. We offer same-day appointments for our large roster of patients. Two well equipped procedure rooms with nursing/MOA staff to assist on site. Physicians are supported by a full complement of office staff including RN, MOA, billing staff and an office manager. Overhead - 30% per month max with option to become an associate once split overhead levels are reached. As an ethos, we strive to not make money off of one another.

Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)
Relocation: up to a maximum of $15,000 (amount based on location relocating from)
Flat fee: $9,437.76
Fee Premium: 6.09%
CME: $2,200/annum year 3-4 and $4,400/annum after 4 years in the community
