Role and Facility Information

The Division of Otolaryngology, within the Department of Surgery at Surrey Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time (0.5 FTE) fellowship trained Otology Surgeon.

The successful applicant is expected to assume care for secondary and tertiary otology patients. The group is affiliated with the University of British Columbia (UBC), Division of Otolaryngology, with teaching opportunities for medical students and residents. As a member of the Fraser Health medical staff, you will participate in the UBC medical education program and are expected to apply for a clinical faculty appointment in the Division of Otolaryngology Surgery, UBC.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected. Adaptability to fit within the existing structure and willingness to work as a team member are requirements. In addition, they will accept an on-call assignment within the otolaryngology group at Fraser Health.
