Pad and Station on site. You will have your own patient Panel. A Nurse Practitioner position is also posted and available. This well-equipped modern Clinic, including an Accuro EMR, is seamlessly physician run and also supported by the volunteer Health Association. The Clinic forms part of a Health Centre including community nurse, public health, lab collection, physiotherapist, massage therapist, chiropractor, mental health counselor

and volunteer programs. While meeting patient direct and indirect care needs and the minimum contractual requirement of 1,680 hours / year, Clinic hours and workdays can be modified to suit your own availability and practice model. On-call duty is shared with colleagues on Pender and Galiano Islands. Your career is demanding one so why not choose high income and working in an ideal location with an Island pace of life?

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA), including (subject to change):

• Recruitment Incentive - $15,000 (pro-rated based on FTE)

• Fee Premium – 10.85%

• Annual Flat Fee - $16,465.65

• Rural CME starting at $440/annum for 2 years or less in community, increasing to a maximum of $4,840 after 4 years.

• Rural GP Locum Program provides $996/day plus to locum physician with 38 days/annum locum coverage to resident physician.
