Role and Facility Information

We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Family Physicians to join our team of five in providing comprehensive care to residents at our Long-Term Care home. This role is ideal for physicians interested in continuity of care in a supportive, team-based environment.

Team: Currently 5 physicians on site

Open Positions:

1 physician for a patient panel of 25

1 physician for a patient panel of 30

Role: Most Responsible Physician (MRP) for assigned panel

Flexible scheduling with collaborative support
