About the Position
As a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with Island Health, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. Your clinical skills, leadership and compassion will make a direct impact on the wellbeing of the communities we serve. You will provide professional nursing care to clients as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and are responsible and accountable for coordinating and administering direct client care utilizing the nursing process. You will provide direction to staff and volunteers and respond to emergency situations to safeguard clients, visitors and staff.

What You Will Need to Apply
- Current and active registration (or eligibility) with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN.
- Post-basic education required for some specialty areas (or equivalent).
- Basic Life Support, Level C.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- At least two years of nursing experience.
- Valid BC Driver's License.

- Competitive salary: $41.42 – $59.52 per hour plus applicable shift differentials.
