Interior Health is seeking dynamic Nurse Practitioners to join our team at the Ashcroft Urgent and Primary Care Centre (“Ashcroft UPCC”).
The Ashcroft UPCC offers urgent care with 4 emergency beds and long-term care with 24 extended care beds and 1 respite bed. A full range of outpatient and ambulatory care services are available including basic radiology, laboratory, dietitian/diabetes, mental health and addictions, public health, home health and adult day care. The nearest major medical centre for community transfer is Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, 93 kms away. The Ashcroft UPCC is open 7 days a week from 0800-2000.
The Ashcroft UPCC is conveniently co-located in the facility adjacent to the LTC unit. It is spacious with a bright waiting room, four doctor's offices, eight exam rooms, a nurse's room, staff room and reception/ bookkeeping offices.

Interior Health is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our Urgent and Primary Care Centre in Ashcroft.
Ashcroft is part of the Thompson Cariboo Primary Care Network (PCN) a collaborative partnership between the Rural and Remote Division of Family Practice, Interior Health, and the Nlaka’pamux Nation. The Ashcroft UPCC will operate within the current Ashcroft Health Centre on the homeland of the Nlaka’pamux people.

Qualifications:
•Current registration and exam-qualified as a Nurse Practitioner with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
•Successful completion of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
•Recent, relevant clinical nursing experience.
Compensation:
Salary range for the position is in alignment with provincial PCN contracts for Nurse Practitioners and starting salary will be based on education, training and experience.
