qathet Public Health is currently seeking a part time physician to work 7 hours/month in our sexual health clinic, servicing both youth and adult populations. Current clinic operates Tuesdays (3-6 pm), future clinical offerings to be determined. Our Sexual Health Clinic provides episodic care related to STI testing and treatment, contraception including IUD/IUS and implant insertions and removals, pregnancy options counselling, emergency contraception, medical abortion and HIV Pre Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). Our physician(s) work collaboratively with Public Health Nurses and Program Assistants to support client care in a multidisciplinary team approach.
