Role and Facility Information

Join our team of 4 family physicians at Family Tree Health (FTH) clinic, located in the qathet Regional District, on the beautiful upper Sunshine Coast. FTH is a modern clinic that offers full service family practice just steps away from the Powell River waterfront. On your lunch break stroll the sea-walk, have lunch at one of the local downtown eateries, or sit in the staff room with beautiful ocean views.

Option to take over an existing panel of ~600 or develop your own.
Flexible Office hours give you the option to pursue other interests as ERP, FPOB, leadership roles, hospitalist,surgical assist etc.

Clinic hours are from 9am-4pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am-1pm on Fridays.
EMR is MedAccess.
Office includes very supportive and long time MOAs that contribute to the clinic's excellent work environment.
FTH does cross coverage as well as has a local locum that assists in the clinic as needed and available.
*Inpatient hospital coverage is required at this time but the community is transitioning to a hospitalist model in the near future.
LTC patients remain with your panel so occasional LTC visits are necessary in alignment with best practices.
