A brand-new clinic providing team-based primary care dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient centred healthcare. Nurse Practitioners will have dedicated MOA support to assist with all administrative and clinical needs. Our team handles all operational and administrative supports, giving you the freedom to focus on delivering the highest quality of care without the stress of managing clinic logistics. We believe that by taking care of our team, we create an environment where patients receive the best care possible.

Clinical Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to a diverse patient population including woman, children, Indigenous, Two Spirted, Transgender, Gender Diverse (TTGD) and their families.
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and health outcomes.
Support preventative care initiatives, chronic disease management, and mental health support.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture. Support quality improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings and case discussions.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner registered with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and team members.
Professional Liability Protection with Canadian Nurses Protective Society (CNPS).
2+ years of experience working as an NP in a community-based, primary care setting preferred.
Strong commitment to team-based care.
Working Conditions:
Flexible scheduling options within the clinic’s hours of operation
Evenings (until 7pm), or weekend shifts available
