Arbutus Medical Clinic is a physician-owned and operated clinic in Sechelt, BC. We’re looking for a Family Physician who values connection, collaboration, and quality of care. Whether you’re new to Canada or seeking a slower pace with more balance, you’ll feel supported as you grow your panel and make this diverse community your home. Although we're targeting a start date of June 2026, accommodations can be made for earlier or later starts.

Physicians applying may be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
Retention Premium (6.30%)
Retention Flat Fee: $6,334
Relocation Funding: $10,000
Recruitment Incentive: up to $15,000
