The Medical Clinic is inside of Coquitlam Centre Mall with unlimited free parking for all staff and patients. It is centrally located to a vast majority of transit routes, tourist attractions, and amenities. The clinic is a walk-in and family practice hybrid. The practice operating hours are every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and patients can easily book online through Medimap. They currently have same day access for urgent and non-urgent appointments.
The Medical team includes two Lead Medical Office Assistants, three part-time Medical Office Assistants, an Office Manager, and five Physicians. They also work closely with a nurse and social worker. The office work area is spacious and they operate Accuro as well as provide tablets for operating efficiency. This fee for service clinic has financial and administrative overhead expectations of 70:30 for Monday to Friday during the day and 75:25 for Monday to Friday in the evenings.
They physician team fosters strong collaboration when it comes to patient care, each physician has an area of expertise, and they share those strengths as a group.
