The Ministry of Health has funded the positions for NPs to establish their practice within Patient Medical Homes and integrate their practice with the Primary Care Networks. The practice is seeking an NP interested in care of all ages to emphasize longitudinal care.
A modern and well managed group practice located in Cambie, Richmond, which is a friendly neighbourhood with great access to restaurants, shops and public transit. The clinic is next to a pharmacy and features 6 examination rooms, a large shared office space and a lunch room for our physicians. The hybrid model allows FPs/NPs to offer traditional in-office visits in combination with virtual visits from home, enabled by telemedicine.
This is a forward-thinking group of physicians along with a strong support team (MOAs & LPNs) that value work-life balance. The LPN's help follow up on lab results and bill telephone calls. Juno (OSCAR-based) EMR is used in the practice that has integrated telemedicine and online appointment booking.
