This clinic is seeking additional FPs for walk-in or to attach patients.
The Clinic is located in New Westminster, B.C., is across from the Royal Columbian Hospital. In addition, it is in close proximity to multiple food and retail stores, major highways, and transit routes. Overall, this is an easily accessible clinic with ample parking for patients and staff. Furthermore, Life Labs, x-ray facilities, and 50 specialist offices are in the area.
The clinic is a walk-in and family practice hybrid that has same day access that utilizes Oscar as its EMR. They also work with and have two specialists; a Psychiatrist and a Dermatologist. The operating hours are Mondays to Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are closed on Sundays. At present, this clinic’s staffing structure has seven Medical Office Assistants, seven Physicians, a Manager, and an Assistant Manager.
The clinic is a custom designed and spacious facility with more than eight exam rooms and six private work stations for the Physicians. Furthermore, this clinic has excellent heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. Moreover, the financial and administrative overhead expectations are 70:30. Finally, the clinic is very flexible and accommodating with the schedules of their Physicians.
This team describes themselves as a family; they are very tight-knit, they work closely, and they rely on each other. In addition, they communicate well and collaborate, especially when it comes to the care of their patients.
