Role and Facility Information

This clinic is located in a Coquitlam medical building with Medray Imaging, LifeLabs, and other family practices. There are 4 exam rooms, 2 offices, a lab area, a reception, a waiting room, and an employee lunch room. This clinic has 1300 SF. The EMR is CHR by Telus Health and the split is flexible.
