The Langley Primary Care Network (PCN) is a partnership between various organizations, including the Langley Division of Family Practice, Fraser Health Authority, First Nations Health Authority, and community service organizations. The network's goal is to establish Primary Care Networks as the foundation of an integrated system of primary and community care. By doing so, we aim to create a robust healthcare system that prioritizes primary care and prevention, integrates community services and programs, and is readily accessible to all Langley residents.
With over 35,000 people in Langley requiring primary care providers, we invite you to bring your clinical expertise and passion for providing quality, compassionate care to a challenging and rewarding role as a Nurse Practitioner in the Langley Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN in Langley is a team-based, collaborative approach to patient care, allowing you to make a significant impact on the community's health outcomes.

With its proximity to Vancouver, Langley is a hidden gem in the Lower Mainland. The Langley Division of Family Practice has had NPs as full members for several years, and an NP representative sits on the Board. As a member of the healthcare community, you will have access to a supportive and passionate group of professionals who are all working towards the common goal of improving the patient and provider experience. Each provider has a unique role in the provision of patient care, and together, we ensure that patients receive the best care possible.
