Role and Facility Information

The Medical Clinic in Mission is a newly built and modern medical centre looking to expand its team. This hybrid family and walk-in practice features nine exam rooms, a physician’s office, and a staff kitchen, with 1 physician currently working in the clinic. The clinic offers both virtual and in-person appointments, serving a full-spectrum patient population from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

Depending on the number of providers, 2–3 MOAs will be available to provide excellent support for optimal patient care, with the director of operations also working on site. A dedicated call centre manages all incoming calls, allowing in-clinic MOAs to work directly and uninterrupted with providers—ensuring smooth patient flow and efficiency.

The clinic serves a wide range of patients including working professionals, retirees, families, and individuals from all walks of life. TLC offers comprehensive family practice care, from pediatrics and maternity to geriatrics and everything in between.

Operating on a 7-day model, the clinic offers flexible scheduling so you can tailor your hours to suit your personal and professional needs. As part of a growing network of clinics across the Lower Mainland, The Medical Clinic provides a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and work-life balance.

The Medical Clinic is also happy to support any special interests or focused practice areas, including dermatology, endocrinology, gynecology, and more.

Mission
