Role and Facility Information

The Division of Urology with Island Health has an opening for a full-time Urologist to practice with three other Urologist at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital.

Qualified applicants have achieved, or are eligible for FRCSC in Urology and full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC. Looking for an applicant competent in general adult/pediatric urology. Prior experience running a practice would be preferred.

The Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (356 acute care beds) enjoys state of the art operating rooms and serves an immediate population of 160,000 and a secondary referral population of over 350,000. Opportunity exists for academic affiliation and teaching of medical students and residents.
