The village of Lantzville, a small seaside community on the east coast of Vancouver Island, just north of Nanaimo, was British Columbia’s first incorporation of the new millennium and the 155th municipality in B.C. Known for its small community charm, Lantzville is also home to hundreds of sea lions who spend the winter on Ada Islands off the Lantzville waterfront. Golfing, mountain biking, fresh water fishing, and beachcombing are some of the recreational pursuits enjoyed by residents and visitors.
